We All Need Encouragement…Life is not easy for anyone. And yet, you are so focused on your own needs that you fail to notice the hurts and needs of others. Every day you are surrounded by people who need a daily dose of encouragement. That does not mean you have to spend hours giving it. Sometimes just a pat on the back and a smile are all that are needed. A few words of encouragement or a willingness to listen can make all the difference in the world in how a person will face the rest of his or her day. Show appreciation or encouragement when it is not expected and people will remember those moments for years.

Expectations. we all have them. Why do we have unrealistic expectations for our friends and family ? Part of it is a sincere ish for things to turn out well. The other thing is e want to count on people , especially our friends and family. They are a “safety net” and we like to think that they will always be there when we need them. If you are the one that seems to be disappointed , I would like to make suggestions. When the same person keeps disappointing you , it might be a good time to reconsider their place in your life. And, if you are always feeling disappointed in life, ask yourself, “what do you want” ? How much of this is am I responsible for. I am on leaning on others too much.
